This is a game to help you exercise with the help of Pad Foot Madness and visual representation on the screen. One time around the track is about thirty-five yards.
To start, click on the green dot on the site. There are two tracks. The top is slower and the smaller is faster. Play, step, alternately, on the blue and orange dots to make a happy face go down the track. You shouldn't let the pace symbols that circle the tracks touch you when they're red, only when they're green. To switch to the bottom track, step on the red dot. To return to the top track, click on the yellow dot.
After 2000 points, the pace increases. In five minutes there will be 2 pace symbols on the track.
