Ankoku Shinwa - Yamato Takeru Densetsu is an adventure game in which all actions are carried out through text menus. Takeshi's father was killed 10 years ago. There were many mysteries about his death. When Takeshi was 13 years old, he found an old book in his father's room. There was a postcard in this book. The sender was an employee of a financial corporation from Nagano. The letter arrived a month before Takeshi's father died. So Takeshi goes to Nagano to try to find the author of the letter and perhaps shed light on his father's death.

The boy was looking through his father's belongings and found a letter that became the first piece of evidence in the murder investigation. From this moment we begin to play for the main character.
