The game - Sonic Rivals - PlayStation Portable | PSP

There is such a racing sub-genre that I would characterize with the term "Funny Race". If you have ever played Mario Kart, Ape Racers, Big Races or other games where the essence of the game is to "break off" the opponent and come first to the finish line, then you know what I mean. Sonic Rivals is a typical representative of those same "Funny Race", only the place of the racing race was taken by the race from point A to point B with obstacles. And the place of Mario and Yoshi is Sonic, Shadow, Silver and Knuckles. And all this dish is seasoned with signature "Sonic" 2D gameplay, chic 3D level design and cute unobtrusive music. Fun races are replaced by boss fights, and they, in turn, give way to new and new racing races.
