A Witch's Tale, released in Japan as Witch Tale: The Apprentice Witch and the Seven Princesses , is a video game for the Nintendo DS. It was published by Nippon Ichi Software and developed by Hit Maker. The game was initially planned for a winter 2008 release, but was pushed back to October 2009. The game is set within several different worlds, many of which are loosely based upon various fictional characters and stories such as The Little Mermaid, The Wizard of Oz, and Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Thousands of years prior to the start of the game, powerful witches existed below the surface of the earth in a world that was filled with darkness and decay.

Classic brick game action is here on the Nintendo DS system! There are two modes of play: Free Play and Challenge. You pick one of eight characters and set special items to play at your own pace in Free Play Mode. The special items include different balls with special attributes, expandable paddle, and paddle tilt. There are 10 stages in all. Each even-numbered stage gives you a mission, and the result of the mission will determine the level of the next two stages you will play.

After returning from a business trip overseas, prosecutor Miles Edgeworth enters his office to discover that something has been stolen. . . as well as a corpse! With his faithful (but slightly dimwitted) detective partner, Dick Gumshoe, as well as his own sharp mind, this is one criminal that will regret being so brash as to cross Prosecutor Edgeworth. The crime in Edgeworth's office is but one of the numerous murders that Edgeworth will have to solve throughout the game's five chapters.

The second Advance Wars game for the Nintendo DS brings a more serious tone to the previously lighthearted take on war. The past Advance Wars characters are replaced with a new cast fighting for survival in a meteor-destroyed world. A turn-based strategy game, the player captures cites and factories to produce more units in an effort to destroy the enemy force or capture all their buildings. Commanding Officers (COs) that used to be omnipresent are now attached to an individual unit, providing benefits to your units in the vicinity of the CO. COs also have powers that affect the entire field that are charged up by dealing damage to enemies near the CO.

In this entry of the long running Wars series you once again command the Allied Nations army against the vile Black Hole. It is a traditional turn-based strategy game. Choose from a handful of COs (commanding officers), each with his own unique CO power that can change the flow of a battle, and battle it out with seven new units never before seen in the series such as the Stealth bomber and the Megatank. The COs gain experience points for won battles which can be used to improve his battle skills. Besides the known campaign and multiplayer modes from the predecessors this entry features two new playing modes: Survival (survive as long as possible while participating into one fight after another) and Combat (real-time battles with just one unit per player).

Toby, a young footy-loving boy, accidentally finds himself himself transported to the Outerworld - the bizarre netherworld that houses AFL mascots in between games. Ordinarily they spend their time waging vicious battles between each other to win the favour of Australian children; this time, they find themselves fighting over Toby. The player takes control of one of sixteen Australian Football League (AFL) mascots. The gameplay is standard 3D platforming; players start in a world themed after their own team, and then move on through worlds themed after each other mascot with the goal of conquering them all. All sixteen of the mascots play essentially identically; each is a heavy character who can run, jump, and punch.

Again is an interactive crime novel about FBI special agent Jonathan Weaver, nicknamed "J". He has a special power allowing him to look into the past. He is the lone survivor of an unsolved string of murders that happened 19 years ago in Clockford, Pennsylvania, wiping out most of his family. The killer left the piece of a dollar bill that is known as the "Eye of Providence" at each scene of crime, and when very similar events start to happen again J has to use his power to unravel the mystery. As with the other Cing games Hotel Dusk: Room 215 and Last Window: The Secret of Cape West the Nintendo DS is held sideways, like a book, during gameplay.

Agatha Christie: The ABC Murders is based on the famous same-titled book. The player assumes the role of Captain Hastings and assists Hercule Poirot in his search for a serial killer. The killer finds his victims following an alphabetical pattern, the first victim is a woman named Ascher from Andover, the second victim comes from Bexhill and so on. The 'Classic Story' mode follows the original story from the novel, whereas the 'Free Story' mode has the same victims, suspects and witnesses but their testimonies and motives are different - as well as the identity of the killer. To stop the murderer in his tracks, players travel from location to location to inspect crime scenes, interrogate suspects and question witnesses.

Inspired by Age of Mythology, Age of Empires: Mythologies brings the franchise to the Nintendo DS in a turn-based form. Players take command of one of three civilizations (the Greeks, the Egyptians, and the Norse) and fight their way through three story-based campaigns. At players' disposal is a large variety of structures, monuments, heroes, mythological units, and powerful god powers, and players must balance their economy with strong battle tactics to conquer their foes everywhere from the Great Pyramids to the Underworld itself. The game also features skirmish modes, multiplayer modes (hotseat, local Wi-Fi, and internet play), and over 30 unlockable achievements. .
