In every generation, a killer is born. . . Long ago, when demons roamed the Earth freely, a being known as the Darkheel King rose to power. With the Scepter of Zelios, Darkheel King had the ability to raise any demon that was slain from the dead.
The usually quiet jungle is buzzing with excitement because it's time for the ceremony to choose the king of the jungle! Or, at least, if King K. Rool hadn't stolen a special medallion meant for the winner. Donkey Kong and his friends must make their way through the jungle to get the medallion back.
The plot of the game is based on an animated film. This is a side-scrolling shooter, the main characters are three aliens operating in armored spacesuits. Their goal is to stop the invasion of Emperor Bog's robots, who intend to take over the entire galaxy.
