Game Elk Attack (Atari 2600 - a2600)
Elk Attack

Elk Attack is an unreleased port of Taito's obscure arcade game Electric Yo-Yo! Programmer Mark Khan named the game Elk Attack as a joke, and probably would have changed the name had it been published like that.

Elk Attack is a Pacman Game Type but without a maze. You control a yo-yo type of machine that you must use a string to hook and destroy all the colored blocks on the screen. Along the way, you will meet strange worm-like creatures that will try to pluck the yo-yo. To help you fight the worms there are power squares scattered around the board which when grabbed will make your yo-yo temporarily invulnerable and increase your speed. Unlike Pacman after clicking on the worm, until only pure points are invincible, and will not destroy it. Because of this its better to just go about your business and clear the maze instead of hunting for worms.
