This game is a modified version of the Atari 2600 RealSports version of the baseball game. Game controls are identical. The changes are that the graphics and colors have been changed. In addition, the options have been reduced to one or two players, and whether, in one player, the human player is primarily at bat or not.

Otherwise, everything else is the same. You can still throw fastballs, spinballs, sinkers, etc. and you can still throw bunts, balls, etc. The scoring stays the same with a tie after nine innings going into extra innings. Difficulty switches have no use.
