The mission is to destroy 16 satellites, and its implementation is hindered by asteroids, robots and other obstacles that can be found in orbit. The screen scrolls in any direction, giving you complete freedom of movement. Satellites are easy to find, they communicate with each other. Despite the simple gameplay, the game has features that are not typical for ancient shooters. "Sonic sparklers" makes you temporarily invisible, and portals allow you to skip levels. There is even a cool stage with mazes. The graphics are confusing at first, but they are good - all the objects are multi-colored and well drawn. Zone Ranger is a great shooting game, you should definitely try it.
