Despite the low level graphics and mediocre sound effects, this is one of the best Qix's I've ever seen. You need to move a small diamond around the perimeter of the field, while something polymorphic moves inside it. The goal of the game is to paint over the playing field by 75 percent or more. To increase interest, there are 2 movement speeds. With a low one, you are more at risk of running into a polymorph, but you can earn more points. Another nuisance is fireballs patrolling the perimeter.
