Classics of the genre. One of the games that shook the world in its time. The player controls a spaceship and shoots asteroids flying at it from all sides.
Your spaceship is in very dangerous proximity to a collision, having flown into an asteroid field! Masterfully dodging, and crushing stones into smaller pieces, you need to pave your way to freedom. Seeing that you are in trouble, alien saucers sometimes fly up to help, or rather, finish you off. It'll be hard. As a last resort, use hyperdrive.
Atari released a black and white vector version of the game in 1979-80 as "Asteroids" and in 1980/81 a color version of Asteroids Deluxe.
Atari 7800: The doomed console didn't have many original games, but it did make some unique versions of arcade classics. You will not find other such Asteroids. Enhanced graphics, fantastic 2-player mode, exciting arcade action are captivating. Colored, rotating asteroids look three-dimensional, and even craters can be distinguished. Alien plates were also not deprived of attention. Highly recommend.
The game "Asteroids" was made back in 1984, and released three years later, that is, 1987!
