The name can be deceiving - and this is easy to see by running this game. It's not a port from an arcade or even NES - it's actually a localization of Nekketsu Kouha Kunio-Kun - Bangai Rantou-Hen, just with different graphics, different story, different music, and English translation. A year after the events of the first DD, Billy and Jimmy became martial arts teachers in the same group called the Scorpions, which was well known. But not everyone liked it, and one villain framed Billy and Jimmy. Now the brothers have to find a traitor, and at the same time clear their good name and the name of "Scorpions".
