In the fantasy city of Tokyo-to, players must avoid the police, earn credibility and join one of the street gangs that are armed with paint spray and move not on motorcycles and cars, but only on skates. Players must rush through each level, painting over the graphs on special marked places and manage to do it within the time limit. Players should keep a close eye on the sides, as Captain Onishima and the police officers patrolling the area may appear at any moment and will try their best to interfere.
