Level Skip
To skip levels during the game, enter ninety-nine lives and the level select code. Then press A, B and C during the game to skip the level.

Ninety-nine Lives and Level Selection
To get ninety-nine lives and perform level selection, press the following sequence on the title screen: A, B, C, A, B, C, B, C, B, A, then start. This will take you to configuration mode where you can use the cursor to select any level you want. If you put it in mode, press right until "MY99" appears for 99 lives.
