The full name of the game is Sewer Sam. Underground Patriot.

Sam was waiting in Central Park in New York for his girlfriend Sally, and now she is coming. The next thing Sam realizes is that he is in the sewers. And then, as luck would have it, three Soviet submarines accidentally swam into the sewers, this must happen!

Guide Sewer Sam through countless labyrinths filled with danger (as well as bats, snakes, crocodiles, rats, spiders). What for? And then to find the sound signal from the enemy submarines that invaded (somehow) the city, and sink them, having a revolver and three lives.
