Three classic games in one! Racing Cars - survival race for two players (just dodge cars and that's it, you need to drive 100 miles as fast as possible). Battle Tanks - confrontation between two tanks, yours and a friend (who will be the fastest and most accurate?). Biplanes - here you need to hit the balloon 15 times and you have defeated the enemy.
In general, the multiplayer is good - worth a try.
Interestingly, it was originally planned as a 6-player game (with the working title "Some of Theirs", then due to lack of space, a 5-player game. Later, due to legal speculation (so that there were no problems with Atari), 2 more games were removed (something like pong and breakout!) And then they renamed it to "Triple Action".
A continuation of this series called "More of Theirs" was started but not finished.
