19-03 Ueno Hatsu Yaku Ressha is a third-person adventure game that tells the story of Tsupei Akai from a freelance photographer or from Miyuki HATAKEYAMA high school teachers. Both of them take the night train that goes from Ueno Toyo to Sapporo, but what started out as normal train traffic will soon start to get a little more complicated as they will get involved in murders, assassins and other dangerous situations.
The player can choose at the beginning of the game which story they want to play, and each character's situations and reactions are different, so there are 2 adventures in the same game. The game is played in first person and as an interactive movie, and depending on the choice of the players, his character will or may not survive the journey. There are different endings and different death scenes.
