The Galactic Empire, based on nineteenth-century Prussia, ambitious military genius, Reinhard von M sel, rises to power.?. He is driven by a desire to free his sister, Annerose, who was taken by the Kaiser as a concubine. Later, he not only wants to end the corrupt Goldenbaum dynasty, but also to win the Free Planets Alliance and unite the galaxy under his rule.
There Free Planets Alliance Star Fleet is another genius, Yang Wen-li. Initially, he wanted to become a historian by military academy and joined tactical units only need training money.
