Ultimate Chess 3D is a chess game in the same veins of Battle Chess, featuring animated cybernetic 3D pieces. Most of the time the game is displayed as a regular chess game, with a top down table. However, when pieces are taken, a little battle animation between the pieces will be shown in a 3D view.

The game features a foundry option in which players can buy new parts for the pieces, changing their appearance.
