As the son of Pharoh, it's up to the player to break the curse of Anubis, God of the Dead, by reaching the Temple of Ra, and solve the riddle of the Sphinx.
Armed with a sling and a pile of stones, the Prince must pass thieves and scorpions on his way. He can trade with wandering nomads, search for treasure, make offerings to the gods, or seek advice and healing from Isis, the goddess of fertility and motherhood.
Great care must be exercised on the journey, for the prince may be weakened by thirst, which may be replenished in an oasis or from certain valuables. He will also sustain wounds from hostile earth creatures, including Anubis himself.
Once the prince has visited various temples of the desert and is making his proposals, he must choose to make the correct proposal (or proposals) to the temple of Ra. Choose wisely, and the prince rewarded. Weakly choose, and the Prince loses the internal power of the points, and Egypt is still cursed.
