The plot tells about the adventures of the eldest of the Sub-Zero brothers, who appeared in the first MK, and his conflict with the sorcerer Quan Chi and the fallen Elder God Shinnok, as well as the appearance of Scorpion. Set two years before the first game in the series, MKM:SZ is sort of a prequel to Mortal Kombat 4. It is also the last game in the series to use digitized images of actors in costume.
This toy, as you can understand, involves Sub-Zero, one of the most popular heroes of MK. The toy is, in fact, an action movie with elements of a fighting game. Sub-Zero must complete different missions (not particularly difficult), along the way eliminating stubborn enemies and bosses, using his combat skills. The graphics are very good, the sound too, and the gameplay is moderately interesting.
