As the world's best speedboat racer, you have enjoyed the easy life up to this time. But when the government asks for your help from some evil enemies (and because of some cunning secret weapon), then life goes from boring to more interesting.

This is all in words, but in reality we see a simple game, primitive in graphics. A little excitement doesn't hurt though.
