Operation Ragnarok is side-firing shooting for one or two players. Players can choose from three different ships, each with a different speed. In addition to ship selection, three different weapon selection systems are available; one each for front and rear firearms, and one each for projectile weapons (such as homing missiles). Some enemies and waves reset bonuses and weapon bonuses when destroyed. Hyperbombs (very powerful "smart bombs") can also be raised.

Once every four years, Asgard hosts the "Zintrick Tournament". During this time, all four corners of the world can enter and the winner is promised riches, fame and glory. Which Zintrick master will rule the winner?

The game belongs to the racing genre. The initial three-dimensional splash screen is impressive. There are eight cars of different classes to choose from, including a motorcycle. Each has its own technical characteristics. During the race, you can even use the horn and headlights.
