Primitive game version of the film Back to the Future. It is a non-stop running around the colorful streets and avoiding contact with any living or inanimate objects. At the same time, two whole timers are ticking, and when resetting any of them, life is lost. If you're lucky, you can pick up a ball (to shoot) and a skateboard (to ride).
