The hero in the game Armadillo is a young guy from Texas who adores his girlfriend Sheryl, the coolest girl in the state. But one day a criminal group kidnapped a girl, and it's time for the hero to appear. His name is The Shell, Billy The Shell. A very unusual toy, similar in principle to Mario or Kirby. First, a map is shown on which you need to move the figure of our hero. Then we travel through short locations, dealing with enemies and getting prizes. The armadillo character, by pressing the attack button, rolls into a ball, and in the form of a ball hits enemies, which is very similar to Sonic. In addition, he knows how to push off the walls, jump in a folded form, turn into a kangaroo - this is not all that the protagonist of the Armadillo game is capable of. It is the abundance of features and all sorts of bells and whistles at the levels that makes this platformer so charming. The lethargy of the protagonist slightly spoils the impression, but it does not interfere with enjoying the game as a whole. It was found on cartridges under the name Super Mario 4: the hackers changed the armadillo for a mustachioed plumber.
The platformer we are considering is very good and not quite standard. The physics of interaction with surfaces is well developed (in other words, the ball bounces off walls, floors and ceilings very believably). You can move around the level both in the form of a ball, and in normal platform mode. The game Armadillo deserves attention to itself.
