Antarctic Adventure is like an arcade racing game. The view is from a third person, from behind Panta. The goal of the game is to help the penguin run around the perimeter of Antarctica, from one polar station to another. The route is divided into 10 stages of different lengths and increasing difficulty. Each stage is given some time, if the time runs out before the player reaches the finish line, the game ends. At the end of each stage, there is a polar station, upon reaching which a victorious melody is heard, and the flag of the country to which the station belongs is raised above the station: Australia, France, Australia, New Zealand, penguin outpost (corresponds to the South Pole on the map, a dancing penguin is depicted on the flag) , USA, Argentina, USA, UK, Japan. It is noteworthy that there are no USSR stations in the game, despite the fact that that the Russians are the discoverers of Antarctica. Between the stages, a map appears on the screen, which shows the path traveled and the path that remains to be traveled. The game is virtually endless, after passing the entire route, everything starts anew.
In addition to the time limit in the Antarctic Adventure game, the penguin is hindered by numerous obstacles: ice holes, cracks in the ice and seals emerging from under the water.
