Magic tree
This character is the "Indian Brave" stereotype who wears a tanned waistcoat and trousers, and a feather headband. The player climbs a magical tree by jumping from branch to branch and climbing vines and ladders-while dodging grubs, owls, and lightning. The player can jump and dangle from branches. He earns points by collecting apples, arrows, daggers, and mitres.
The tree is 2004 m high. A sensor tracks the height of the player, and at the end of each level the game tells the player how much more to climb to reach the goal: the castle on the tree. The climb is divided into nine game levels; the character dances at the end of each level.
When the player clears the ninth level, the curtain opens to reveal a castle on top of a tree. Smiling from the battlements of the castle parapet is a young woman in a purple cassock and a man dressed in a war bonnet. After the end of the sequence, the game continues at the base of the tree.
